Performance characteristics of back pressure bypass valve

The self-operated differential pressure control valve is a substitute for the electric differential pressure control valve. Its advantage is that it does not require external power and works on the pressure of the system itself, which effectively improves the operating safety factor and is safer and more reliable than the traditional electric differential pressure control valve. The probability of damage is reduced, and the self-operated self-pressure differential control valve is easy to install and saves costs.

Application of self-operated self-pressure differential control valve:
Self-operated self-pressure differential control valve is applied to the protection of cold (hot) source units. Installed on the bypass pipe between the water collector and the water separator. When the user side is partially running or the flow is variable, the system flow will become smaller, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference. When the pressure difference exceeds the set value, the valve will automatically open, and some The flow passes through here to ensure that the flow of the unit is not less than the limit.
Self-operated self-pressure differential control valves are used in central heating systems to ensure that a cooling device is not overpressurized or emptied. For example, a certain system has a large height difference, and there is no distinction between high and low area systems. At this time, if the pressure is set at the high place, the cooling equipment at the low place may explode; if the pressure is set at the low place, the high place will be empty.
In this case, if the heat source is at a low level, a booster pump can be added to the branch water pipe entering the high area, and the return pipe can be pressurized with a differential valve to increase the pressure in the high area, and then drop it to the return water pressure in the low area by the valve; if the heat source is at a high area It is possible to install a differential pressure valve on the water supply pipe in the low area, and add a booster pump to the return water, so that the circulating water whose pressure is reduced through the valve can return to the system.
